This site collects personal data for exactly one purpose: the newsletter. There are no analytics trackers, no ads, and nothing is sold — here or anywhere else on this site.

What is collected, and why

• Email address — to send the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by the double opt-in confirmation.
• Signup metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps, confirmation state) — kept as the record that consent was actually given, which the law requires the sender to be able to prove.

The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (an anti-bot check); it may process connection data under Cloudflare's terms.

Processors

• Cloudflare — hosting and the subscriber database.
• Resend — email delivery.

Retention

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Unsubscribing removes you from any future send.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time — write to the address above, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also complain to the Czech supervisory authority (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
